Support Personnel

Your health and safety are of paramount importance to us at uAdventure.  We strive to ensure your study abroad is filled with adventure and excitement while taking every precaution possible to keep you safe and healthy.  One way we do this is through our support personnel.  

Before you leave, you will watch an online orientation outlining our safety procedures specific to your destination.  You will receive pictures of our staff and host family so you know who to look for when you arrive.  You'll also receive a uAdventure security card and lanyard that has the contact information of our staff, the US Embassy, local medical facilities and the local emergency number (equivalent of 911).  We recommend you wear this any time you're out.  

There will be a uAdventure agent assisting you from the moment you arrive.  You will attend an orientation with our local agent that will assist you with information about your particular destination and safety measures you'll need to take while you're there.  This is also a great time to get any questions you have about the local life answered. 

The uAdventure Agent will be available to assist you 27/7 during your entire stay.  

Meanwhile, while you're away, uAdventure will be available to your home university and parents or guardians 24/7 as well should there be an emergency.
